The organization also launched its beta program for quality event management (QEM). The release version 2021.3 is available to all the company’s cloud customers. The updates are driven by customers’ suggestions and feature improved collaboration, efficiency, flexibility, and user experience.

They also have the best practice templates availed to them and can easily configure the processes to meet the needs of their organizations. Ultimately, the new QEM product will enable customers to manage quality events easily and significantly reduce deployment time.
